Trick or Treat

 

 

 

 

Meagan was so excited for today to arrive. We went door to door to the stores on main street. Caleb was so adorable, and didn't have a clue what was going on. If asked if he wanted a candy, he'd shake his head "No", and look down shyly. He wanted to go into every store, so I had to keep grabbing him out. Meagan had so much fun checking out all the other costumes. It wasn't too cold, so it was a nice little walk for us.

So... I'm missing my kids. But I know they are having fun at Grandma & Grandpa's house. Mom likes to keep them over the weekend once in a while, and it worked out great this weekend as I went to the Celine Dion concert, and a Halloween Masquerade fundraiser.
It's also amazing how much more I can do in a day without having to feed the kids 3 meals, 2 snacks, make crafts, entertain, do 2 loads of laundry and dishes ... all in one day.
I don't think we'll be seeing Grant much in the next week, so it should be a long week... :)He's got a Casino to work, a Ritchie Auction, and he's helping organize the Oilmen's curling bonspeil. I'll be posting some of the kids pictures with their costumes.. so stay tuned!

Ok... just catching up on a few more pictures! Dad took the kids on their last boat ride of the year. We were also able to have a nice visit with my brother, Tash, and baby Lucas. He is the cutest baby EVER!! I loved having the chance to hold him, but I had to wait my turn after MOM and DAD. He was so quite, and observed how LOUD his little cousins can be. One day, he'll be able to get right into the action! Gotta run, my kids are needing to get some fresh (COLD!) air.. Hope you have a great day!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!! A time to reflect on everything we are thankful for, and there is so much that our family is blessed to have. First off: EACH OTHER!! (and we do have SO MANY family members! I just realized last night that I have 10 grandparents... WOW!)

As I look at my adorable kids, I know they are not created by just Grant and I, but from each of our families. The way they look, their personalities, and mannerisms. I pray that, as parents, we can provide for our kids, and raise them to be the best they can be. But they are also influenced by so many other people that love them!

Hello! I was just clearing my disks of pictures, so I thought I'd throw a few on... Here's Meagan and her new quad, and Grant with his new Diaper Table... good for parking lots! :) We're on our way to Bonnyville.
