Trick or Treating

 

 

 

 

The kids were quite shy at first to go into the stores, and say "Trick or Treat"... but they got into it quickly! We even took the time to go to 2 Haunted houses, and one Haunted Forest.. It was a fun night.. A little chilly with a slight wind, but the kids had fun!

Halloween Fun

 

 

 

 

 

The kids were very excited for Halloween.. They enjoyed having all the decorations up, making Halloween crafts, carving pumpkins, and of course dressing up!! I would have loved to hear what Sienna was thinking, as she must of thought things were a little weird!! Especially when we were going downtown for trick or Treating, and everyone was wearing costumes!

Love taking pictures of the kids playing in the leaves.. (But is sure takes a long time to clean them all up!) It's our first October at the new place.. and I just love the colors that surround us.. Next month with be our First year Anniversary in the new place! It's been such a great year.. We love it here! We're makin glots of great memories here.. and there's so many more to come!

Fall is my absolute favorite season.. and I love pumpkins.. so here are a few pictures of our visit at the Prairie Gardens.

Walking with Dinosaurs

 

 

 

 

 

A few pictures of our visit. The dinosaur near Caleb and Meagan actually walked with them, and made noise. Sienna loved seeing everything.. and pointed to everything, while babbling.

Jarasic Park

 

 

 

 

Thanksgiving weekend.. we decided to take the kids to Jarassic Park near Bon Accord for a little adventure.. We had a nice walk along the path.. and enjoyed watching the kids reactions to the dinosaurs.. They enjoyed it way better than the Tyrell Museum, as these dinosaurs are animated and make sounds.. Caleb is usually the one who is scared of everything, but we were surprised that Meagan was the one holding our hand and nervous as we began the walk.

Just a few pictures after I took the kids to the lake for a picnic.. It was a beautiful fall night. They kids thought it was fun to do something different for supper.
