Opening gifts

 

 

 

 

 

 

It's usually quite busy with our traveling to 3 different towns to open all our gifts with our 3 families.. but is sure it fun.. The time goes by so fast.. and the kids get so excited. I love taking photos of everyone.. but noticed I had none of me :) I also try to video tape the action, if I remember.. The best part of our Christmas was being able to share our news..

Our little family of 3 kids, will have an addition in July! Baby # 4 is on it's way.. The kids are so excited to tell our friends and family. It should be an interesting 2012!

Sienna's 2nd Christmas

 

 

 

 

This year.. Sienna got into the swing of things for the season. She would pull off the Christmas balls off the tree, try to touch the lights, and helped open some of her gifts.. Thought I'd post a few pictures of our BABY girl.. She was so cute.. especially when she hugged her lamb pillow / blanket..

More Santa photos!!

 

 

 

 

 

So every year.. the kids see Santa a few times.. These pictures were taken at the Kinsmen / Kinette kids Christmas party. Finally Sienna got to see Santa.. but she was not happy about it.. she didn't want anything to do with him. I'm surprise I got her close to him!! The kids also made some crafts, had some snacks, and opened their gifts.. The pickles were in easy reach for Sienna.. and she just kept helping herself.. so she walked around with a pickle in her hand almost the hole time..

Christmas Concerts

 

 

 

 

 

A very exciting time for parents.. Christmas concert.. I was quite nervous for Caleb's first time on the stage.. He can be very "shy" as he puts it.. I was actually surprise he went up.. (and of course SO proud!!).. He sang SANTA - to the tune of BINGO. Grant's been home quite a bit leading up to Dec.. and the week of their concerts and Christmas parties. he was working every day for 2 weeks, 18 hr days.. So he missed it.. Meagan is in the Choir this year, so she sang 2 songs.. They both did quite well.. I usually don't post other kids photos on my blog, or facebook.. but just this once.. I did..

Grant makes the perfect Santa.. he loves kids, and has his own suit, (doesn't need the extra pillow paadding).. so I used him for a Kinettte fundraiser that I was in charge of.. We did Santa photos during the festival of trees, and the proceeds went to STARS ambulance.. Meagan also entered her Gingerbread house (and won 2nd place $50)... and she also had her first Brownie sleepover the same night.. Here are a few pics.. We had lots of families go through in 2 hours, and of course I had to have the kids sit on Santa's knees.. *even though they knew Daddy was filling in for the real Santa. Caleb asked for a Rocket ship, and Meagan wanted a snowboard.

Ok.. It's almost been a month since I last blogged.. I't been crazy busy here.. so now that it's January.. it's getting back to normal.. I'm suppose to be doing books.. but getting distracted!!

We celebrated Meagan's birthday at the Pool with about 20 kids!! She enjoyed the party so much. and the theme was Pet Shop. We swam for an hour, then had snacks and opened gifts.. The next day.. her real birthday, we celebrated with her grandparents and Aunt and cousins.. She was so excited for her birthday.. here are a few pictures..
