Edmonton trip

The day after the Baby shower, we headed off to Edmonton, to get Caleb's foot and hand molded for a special plaque. Of course I'll put a picture of it on this blog when it's done (in about a month). The picture shows my Aunty Evelyne holding Caleb, and distracting him with a bottle. She watched the kids while Mommy and Daddy went shopping for a van. Caleb even showed her his "crooked" smile at the sound of her voice. In this picture, Meagan is sending a ThankYou to Aunty for all her help. On the 18th, it was Grant's birthday, and Meagan painted a picture and gave him a key chain that said #1 Dad, and had both her and Caleb's picture in it. Caleb is already 6 weeks old, and is weighing in at 16 pounds...

Just a note: I finnally fixed the settings of this site so anyone can send a message by clicking on comments. We'd love to hear from you! Take Care...

Baby Shower

Yup, it's been a while since I last updated, but it's been such a busy week! Last Sunday, Grant's sister had a baby shower for Caleb, and he was showered with love (and gifts). I want to send a BIG thank you to all those who stopped by for a visit, came to the shower, or sent their hellos. We appreciate your beautiful gifts! 20 years from now, Caleb will be checking out his baby book and scrapbook, and will be able to see how many friends and family that Welcomed him into the world.

Hangin out

Meagan is becoming very attached to her little brother. She askes to hold him, and loves to hold his hand or rub his hair. This time next year, the two of them will be jumping in puddles together!

Little Angel

Isn't he adorable? I think so... This is a picture before his baby acne and cradle cap appeared. Poor little baby now is very blochy. Don't think I'll be taking too many pictures until he's cleared up. Of course, his Baby shower is this Sunday; a time to show him off... But he's still adorable. He's been smiling and cooing a lot lately, and either Grant or I drop everything to watch him, when he's in the mood. We're trying to enjoy every minute of him as being a newborn, even though he's our big boy. :)
